Belle Maison Agency is now hiring an energetic Personal / Executive Assistant for young Entrepreneur in Santa Monica. Travel might be required 1-2 times per year for the annual expos and the frequency may increase in the future. When the team is in LA the majority of the work will be from the office

Schedule:

  • Days: Mon-Fri
  • Time: 9:30-5:30pm

Responsibilities :

  • Checking emails/responding to emails
  • Organize and maintain the daily schedule/calendar of Principal
  • Business admin and research projects. Sourcing quotes and negotiations
  • Booking of all appointments personal and professional
  • Coordination of logistics for travel domestic and international
  • Assisting with social media accounts Instagram stories/documenting team happening
  • Personal LinkedIn upkeep for sharing company announcements
  • Assisting with planning of tradeshows/demos/events and attending as a company representative. Ie; Travel with our team to Expo West and work shifts at the booth alongside the co-founders
  • Meeting notes/recaps
  • Managing an office/general office tasks
  • Executing personal tasks including dog walking/grooming, car washing, groceries, dry cleaning
  • Coordination of home management tasks: repair work, maintenance (Currently moving and renovating a home, will need help with project coordination)
  • Coordinating special projects including in-home catering, events, parties
  • Drop off and pickups to airport, various places
  • Assist with tenant requests, rent administration, scheduling and payment for maintenance, communication with architects
  • Manage household with payment and scheduling for maintenance, vehicle care, dog, and any social demands

Qualifications:

  • Hardworking, but this will be rewarding
  • Professionalism and emotional intelligence to communicate effectively in a multicultural, startup work environment with a high profile network
  • Time management and planning skills with the ability to assist with multiple projects
  • Takes initiative, is not stubborn to constructive feedback
  • Resourceful, thinks out of the box
  • Is efficient and a good problem solver
  • Enthusiastic support of new ideas coupled with the ability to see these ideas through
  • Strong listening skills, with the ability to take what is heard and see the ideas through
  • Good negotiating skills getting the best prices for hotel rooms, private jets,etc
  • Knowledge of news and current pop culture events
  • Outgoing, confident, relaxed
  • Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, word, pdf
  • Ability to travel domestically
  • Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours, to accommodate special events/trade shows
  • Live within a reasonable driving distance from Santa Monica
  • Will need a car to run errands or be on site at the other properties.

Compensation

  • $20-25/hour
