Belle Maison Agency is now hiring a full-time Personal Assistant for Silverlake family. Our clients have two full-time nannies for the three children but need additional help where needed. Our client’s ideal Personal Assistant is someone professional, a self-starter, positive, and proactive.

 

Schedule :

  • Days: Monday -Friday
  • Time: 10-6 PM or 10-7PM (flexible)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with cleaning up of bunny hutch
  • Making task lists and provide project support
  • Assiting with food prep (not required but preferred)
  • Other related daily activities as needed
  • Pick up and drop offs to school (three children, 4-year-old, 3.5 twins), occasionally if necessary

Our client’s ideal assistant is someone who plans ahead, takes the initiative, and works well in team settings. Your time will be spent doing 75% personal assistant duties and 25% executive assistant.

 

Schedule:

  • Days: Monday -Friday
  • Time: 9 AM-6 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Reserach assignments
  • Manage complex calendars including scheduling

This is a hands-on position that works directly with the Principal to support his/her daily operations, ensures that his/her schedules run smoothly and efficiently, and all of his/her business and personal needs are met

Responsibilities :

  • Functions as the point of contact and gatekeeper for the Principal
  • Screens phone calls and correspondence
  • Manages Principal’s calendar to organize and schedule business and personal matters; manages own calendar to keep organized and follow-up on items
  • Coordinates and manages complex domestic and international travel plans, including private or commercial air carriers, hotels, ground transportation, and restaurants. Prepares and maintains detailed itineraries; makes changes as requested
  • Coordinates tasks, activities, and events with other staff members, including household staff
  • Prepares, proofreads, and mails correspondence
  • Runs errands, makes purchases, and assists with packing and other preparations for travel
  • Schedules travel, doctor, and dentist appointments for the kids
  • Manages expenses, reconciles monthly credit card statements, and prepares and submits expense reports
