HIRING: Senior Director of Security Logistical Operations in Los Angeles

Belle Maison Agency is now assisting a High-level Security Company in Los Angeles unearth a Senior Director of Security Logistical Operations. This position fulfills an integral aspect of day to day operations. The ideal candidate possesses superior interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor and is detail oriented. Individual to possess the ability to lead and manage personnel under him/her, effectively engage, build and foster relationships with clients, the officers and manage a high paced, evolving day to day operations within the office place

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday with some on-call nights/weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for management and development of the Security Logistical Operations team to include Los Angeles, New York and International offices
  • Direct report to the President and Chief Operating Officer
  • Liaison with Vice President of Security Operations and all Department Heads
  • Coordination and scheduling personnel in the field. One-time events, 24/7 schedules and other ever-changing schedules
  • Participate in internal meetings with all company departments
  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, and/or their management staff, overseeing clients’ security and logistical needs
  • Rapidly respond to all client inquiries; to include after hours and weekends
  • Oversee and coordinate International travel, events, production and press or promotional tours
  • Maintain extensive knowledge and oversight of field officers and personnel files
  • Maintain and grow current and prospective clients and referral partners
  • Manage people and lead a department

Qualifications:

  • At least Five (5) years of applicable experience in Logistics/Coordination/large scale scheduling or related skills
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details and the capacity to work effectively with time-sensitive matters
  • Ability to follow and provide oral and written instructions
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and strategy concepts, with an ability to work with clients’ team for optimal results
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, & Outlook and overall computer literate

Our client’s ideal Mother’s Helper is experienced, hardworking, reliable, enthusiastic and in search of a long-term commitment. The family currently require approximately 40 to 50 hours per week with occasional late evenings and weekends

Schedule:

  • Days: Monday -Friday
  • Time: 9AM to 5PM with occaisional overnights

Responsibilities:

  • Helping work from home mother with daily household matters including: laundry, cooking, light cleaning, general organization, errands, drop-offs and pick-ups at school/playdates, basic childcare, etc.
